Yoga

I started yoga a few years ago but my first desire was to strengthen my muscles by having an adapted physical activity. I was then struck by the impression of well-being and serenity that emanated from the people in front of me. Coming from the snowboard world and a competitor for 10 years, I was not used to listening to my body and even less to doing things gently and kindly. Intrigued, I began to practice yoga on a regular basis and the changes I saw in myself appeared very early. At first physical, they quickly extended to my way of perceiving the world and apprehending the problems I was facing. Yoga is now an integral part of my daily life, on and off the mat.

The benefits associated with a regular practice of Yoga are innumerable: increased awareness of one's body, better self-knowledge and calming of the mind… after seeing these changes for myself, I began to encourage those around me to practice. Then I decided to take the plunge and participate more actively in the dissemination of this practice by teaching it.

Which led me to change my life, to quit my job and leave for Bali to follow a Vinyasa Yoga teacher training (200h TTC with Samyak Yoga) then another in Costa Rica (200h TTC).

Since then I have taught in Grenoble, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru,... I continue to teach and travel where the wind takes us.
