
Our history
Kitesurfers since 2014, we decided to make kitesurfing our job at the beginning of 2018. The desire to leave our Isère mountains (French Alps) to open our horizon to other landscapes motivated us and off we went to Brazil. Since then we have done several seasons as Kite Instructors and Yoga Teacher around the world (Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica, Greece,Kenya ...).
Kitesurfing is for all types of people : big or small, young or old, man or woman! The practice is surprisingly vast: thanks to the different types of supports (Twintip, Surf, Foil, Tikki,...) there is something for everyone ! From cruising, to Big-air, wave riding or freestyle. For us, the best kiters on the spot are the ones who have the most fun!
Yoga is a perfect complementary activity that helps develop flexibility and strength, while helping your body and mind, which will help prepare you for your next sessions.
Yoga slowly started to enter the Kite world. Traditional yoga postures (Asanas) have adapted to the training and fitness needs of Kiters. Making it a great way to supplement physical exercise and prevent injuries.
Yoga routines can be completed before Kite sessions to build energy, stability, endurance, focus and even self-confidence.
